In tier 1, you can have ghost and any other perk from that slot.
Tier 2, toughness and cold blooded.
Tier 3, tac mask and dextierity

this is what i use works good

Tier 3, I use Dexterity and Extreme Conditioning. It's an amazing combo for rushing!

Tier 1: Ghost and Hardline, Blind Eye and Hardline
Tier 2: Toughness and Cold Blooded, Toughness and Scavenger
Tier 3: Dexterity and Extreme Conditioning, Dexterity and Engineer

You can tell I am a bit of a camper

i'm still not sure on the best combo
i mainly use

hardline
fasthands
engineer

or for when i play snd i like to rush alot i use

lightwieght
fasthands
extreme cond

but i mainly play hardcore!

toughness and coldblooded
dexterity
