would my friend have the season pass on his account and is able to do everything?
OR
would he have to keep signing into my account and downloading the DLC when the DLC comes out??

He would have to keep downloading the DLC on your account. I'm guessing that's how it is on Xbox, I know that's how it works on PS3.
