Never happened to me, but perhaps your CUAV got taken down without you noticing? Sometimes the announcer won't announce it if he has to announce something else, like "losing B flag".

In any case, there's apparently a patch they're working on -- hopefully it'll fix your problem.

If you call it in and someone else calls it in at the same time non of you get points

I think Counter UAV should be less points than Care package. Its seems to get shot down very quickly.
