I dissected the leaked footage to figure out some of the Peacekeeper's gun stats and Rate of Fire. It has 750 RPM and 1000 RPM with Rapid Fire. You can watch the video for the gameplay footage and to see how the tests ended up. All of them either came up right on the money, or extremely close. If there was a difference, I'm sure you can chalk it up to user error.
