So I wanted to asked if anyone knows how you can get +150 most of the time

You need to win to a team or players who currently are in higher ranks or levels than you , at least its what happens to me when i win to someone that has a higher rank than i , i get +150 points. Hope this was helpfull.

Its all about your team. e.g
if u have 6 masters and you vs all irons your gonna get the 10 points. The best way from my experience (master) you have 5 masters and a iron. This way you will get 150 every game
