1. Speak English
2. Have A Mic
3. Are reasonably good at the game (knows hardpoints, CTF spawns etc.)
I'm Platinum and trying to get into masters in hard when you go up against full teams and you are stuck with peple who either back out, can't speak english or don't use mics lol.
