Because if you did, you would probably know by now that either a jailbroken console, or hardware modding such as an ODDE is needed to mod. My advice to you either way is, don't mod black ops 2 online like every other moron who thinks they know a way of not getting banned. It just makes you look like a complete douchebag, especially if you go modding all your stats for the sake of getting attention on the leaderboards. If you're going to cheat. Cheat responsibly. Cheat offline or in a private match with friends, save yourself the cost of buying a new console ID when yours gets permabanned.
