It completely changes the way you play the game,” says Blundell. “You all have to survive as a group. Now while the realistic difficulty may sound difficult, it's also very vague.. Is this on recruit? veteran? or anywhere in between?

Anyone thats ever completed the campaign on World at War on veteran has pretty much done this, the majority of the time you would die suddenly.. judging by the last black ops games on veteran it wasn't that difficult, granted it wasn't a walk in the park but came nowhere close to World at War, so I don't believe this realistic mode will be a rare trophy

Furthermore you can do it in co op, if we are able to revive people, we keep one man back and play it safe
