Yes you will. When BO2 came out I pre-ordered it and just bought it a day after the release I got nuketown with both of the purchases.

If you pre-ordered the PS3 Version, you will not get campaign nor Nuketown. They officially said Old Gen will not get Nuketown. But if you are on Next Gen, you will from Amazon. It should bring a code inside the case or a email will be sent with it.
