So for the modder that are on 4.70 Rebug that are getting this error ("CLIENT/SERVER INDEX MISMATCH") I have found the fix for it!

Steps:

1) Delete BO3
2) Re-Download It To You're System
3) Updates The Game To 1.01 & Do The Fix For 1.01
4) *VERY IMPORTANT* Install The 1.02 Update By Launching The Game
5) Install The Fix (it will say "you already have this installed, Would you like to install it again? CLICK YES!) DL: ( Dropbox - Black.Ops.III.PSN.EUR.CFW.470.FIX-NPEB02266-ZMK.pkg )
6) Restart Your PS3
7) SUCCESS! You Have Fixed The Error!

Yes and it worked 100% for me.

Just restart your ps3 and run a internet connection test that is what fixed it for me
