Lol, I just this and I had to talk to one of their advisors. I had to send them various of pictures proving my purchase of the game, the receipt of the game and the case number. It has now been passed on to the "hierarchy" to get it finalised and sorted. Tbh, it just seems like a waste of time. I'd be surprised if I get anything out of it.

I've done this twice, first time round the lady didnt ask for proof of purchase, just gamertag and console, second time round i had to send proof of purchase and everything and i was worried i wasnt going to get anything, but she sent it once she checked the email
