I purchased a recovery for Black Ops 3 on Xbox One for $30 a few days ago (still waiting for my account to be done) from ZupahModz and I'm seeing all these topics on NGU & 7sins about people doing recoveries for PS4 and I'm like why isn't there any for Xbox One and a few people I asked said it's not possible at all to do it on Xbox One..

I see Zupah is a trusted member here on NGU & 7sins but I'm just wondering why it's been 4 days and my account still hasn't been done and all my comments on youtube and messages on skype are being ignored...

I messaged Zupah on 7sins and a member of his team who does PSN accounts replied and told me that the team is away for the holidays but Zupah is making videos on youtube and is on Twitter. He said if it's not done by tomorrow (which was supposed to be yesterday 12/28/15) that I can get a refund and he offered me one (BY THE WAY THIS IS NOT ZUPAH SPEAKING TO ME, IT'S A MEMBER OF HIS TEAM WHO IS ON HIS ACCOUNT, just wanted to clear that up) but I said I don't want one because I paid to get the recovery and if it's legit I want it soo idk what I should do.. I tried to contact Zupah himself numerous times, not one reply from him in 4 days.

Like I said before, open a dispute against him. 4 days is a long time without response and I believe it needs to be brought to his attention.

If he offered you a refund, wait 1-2 days for a refund. Otherwise, go ahead and open a dispute.

well Zupah didn't offer me a refund himself, a member of his team did but I said I'd rather have the recovery done and i didn't think it would take this long.

If you dispute him, a dispute handler will contact Zupah in order for you guys to come to a compromise. If you open the dispute, you can use that so that Zupah will reply and you can get the service done.
