(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay so what does everybody think about no aim assist?

Locus , SVG lack any aim assist with P-06 and Dakon have small amount of aim assist.

I had to relearn how to snipe and aim without aim assist found that drag scope loads so had to get out of that habit. Still think that certain weapons are better at range over snipers but sort of fun / useful. Not sure what else to say hard to explain how it feels.

First time we seen it removed
Snipers have had values changed in the past which makes certain behaviours harder to pull off or impossible.

Incorrect Winky Winky

Snipers have always had aim assist of some form just the values are different between games, example certain games have hipfire aim assist others lack it.
Some games have scope aim assist which sticks near targets others have aim assist but does not slow down the scope. Black ops 3 has aim assist which is not very strong on the P-06/Dakon which won't slow down your scope but helps you stay close to your target. Possible to drag scope due to this however you need to be much closer to your target.
Locus/SVG lack any sort of aim assist even when hipfired.

Believe Ghosts had no hip fire aim assist unlike every other CoD to that point and changed aim assist values so you had less slow down or sticky aim assist. Black ops 1 you had to be centred before scoping in and MW3 you could drag scope.

Black ops 3 removes aim assist for certain weapons at different ranges, shotguns, SMGs, ARs and even pistols have different ranges which it disappears.

Aim assist helps keep you on target and sticks to targets does couple different things at once. Target assist is different value which only happens during the single player allows you to snap on to targets without much player input. Obvious example is why some players was able to quickly do the pit on MW2 so far was due to target assist.

no salt bro i was just meaning you need to flip what you said you were totally correct but totally opposite lol aim assist is campaign target is both. target assist was added back in mw3 with the removal of aim assist in multiplayer and it only exists on consoles because its a total bitch to do

Honestly sniping for me in core with the locus is close to impossible to enjoy. Even if I hit 70+% of my shots, they are all hit-markers. I guess people could say that snipers are over powered...but come on. A sniper hitting someone in their torso takes two shots? By the time that you are about to put the second bullet into them; their fully automatic weapon will mow you down in half a second.
