I think this is more a hint at zombies because he wouldn't build up this guys hope and then there is no zombies. That would be cruel. And the ... at the end is supposed to add "dramatic effect". That means hes making it sound awesome.

I don't want to be the bad guy here but copying zombies is kinda gay. I think they need to make some kind of new theme but still have the hoarding. I have no cule what they should do but if they do zombies make sure that there is no hacks or anything.
