So I thought that NGU should have a contest with challengers and the challengers have to create a prestige emblem every week and the best one will win. So the winner will earn a PIOTW award (Prestige Icon Of The Week Award). We would continue this for ten weeks and make a "User Created Black Ops Prestige Icons" forum and let the winners have their moment of fame,until of coure it gets closed when the real Black Ops Prestige Emblems come out.

if u can though, make the rules to where u cant modify a currently existing icon.
