Anyway if you look at the callsign you will see he is on level 34, and the badge beside his name is the same as one in MW2.

I highly doubt they will use the same badges, but maybe since they used the same engine they used the same badges?

It's because these are the rank symbols of the U.S. Military.

Non-prestige badges have all been the same since CO4. Its the prestige badges that are usually different.

LMAO have you ever played any war FPS with ranks before? Like someone said above those are the U.S. military ranks and the past CoDs before MW2 have used them. CoD4, WaW, MW2, Black Ops, Rainbow Six Vegas does, and I think BFBC does too.

Monkey see monkey do. They might be military badges but WAW has different ones to MW2 and COD4. And I'm pretty sure COD4 has different ones to Modern Warfare 2 too. So epic fail for all of yous.

How would you know BO has same badges as MW2? The Major badge & Lt. (as seen in MP trailer) is in both MW2 & CoD4, W@W too I believe. It won't matter if they really are the same, they're similar as we all know..

Nope, World at War just has some different ones. Most are the same. And Call of Duty 4 has the same as Modern Warfare 2.

I am just after playing both WAW, and COD4 and neither of those have the badge in it.
