It looks nothing like the multiplayer teaser, no gamertags, no bonuses, no killfeeds and at the end the dude says "mission accomplished, good work".

It is from multiplayer, the reason there is no gamertags or points for killing is because if you watch the full video, you'll see the video was made to advertise the RC Car for Prestige Edition. They don't need gamertags showing or asnything else , it would just interfere with the advertisement.
