Payback:
Payback is a in the upcoming game Call of Duty: Black Ops set in Laos. In this mission, the player will operate a Mi-24 Hind. Although the player has full control of horizontal movement, they cannot control vertical movement. It has been stated that there will be no tutorial on how to control the helicopter.
Overview
It has been mentioned that this mission continues after the player and Woods have escaped from a prison. The player is given a CAR-15 Commando with a grenade launcher, and will have to steal a Hind from some Russian encampment. Before the player attacks, the player can hear the soldiers mention Kravtchenko. After the player kills them, they will climb into the cockpit with Frank, who will assist the player as the gunner. Then, the player will provide top cover for a squad on the ground through heavily occupied enemy territory. The player will engage other helicopters. Frank will assist the player using the Hind's gunner seat and the squad on the ground will help take out "RPG"s. It's possible that the helicopter crashes at the end, in the teaser trailer it appears that there is an explosion seen outside the cockpit, and the helicopter starts to spin, and will crash into the Hue river.
Trivia
* Woods seems to be suffering from fatigue in the beginning of this level, as he is breathing heavily and takes breaks between words when he speaks.
* The Payback is not the first level in Call of Duty series where player can control aircraft. There were Cobra Pilot and Helicopter Ride in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Fly in Call of Duty: World at War missions, but they were scrapped from final games.
* The Hind seen in this mission is the Mi-24A.

Slaughterhouse
Slaughterhouse is a mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops. It takes place in Huế, South Vietnam, in the year 1968. All that is currently known about the mission was taken from a preview by Treyarch, though the entire mission was not seen during this preview.
Overview
Mason starts off in a Huey helicopter, preparing to rappel into the city with the objective of securing a CIA headquarters which has been overrun by the North Vietnamese Army. While rappeling from the helicopter, it is shot down by enemy fire. Still clinging to the rope, Mason and his squadmate, Woods, are able to smash through a window of a multi-story building. Dazed by those events, he rises to his feet and is given a SPAS shotgun equipped with Dragon's Breath ammunition by Woods. Making their way to the objective, Mason and Woods encounters several Vietnamese troops, all of which are set aflame by the player's Dragon's Breath ammunition.
Receiving assistance from friendly choppers, machine guns rain fire through windows quickly eliminating any enemies caught in the fire. Intensity is high, and mixing in civilians throughout the building requires quick thoughts and reactions by the player to minimize their casualties.
Once the player has made his way into the urban streets, a Vietnamese soldier can be heard over a loudspeaker system:
"American soldiers, put down your weapons! This is not your war. We do not wish you harm."
Outside, Mason approaches a group of Marines and takes over their radio transmitters. Requesting assistance from the sky, he is then tasked with the job of designating buildings to be fired upon by the helicopters. While fighting through the streets, the player is able to provide recon to the choppers who soften enemy resistance. Later on in the level, the player is tasked with escorting an APC named "Bottom Feeder" through the city streets. The preview ends with the player fighting off Vietnamese soldiers on the streets.

Victor Charlie
Overview
In this mission the player will start off in a crashed helicopter and will have to make their way upstream swimming with only a knife. After cross the river, the player with Mason meets Frank Woods, Swift and other´s members of SOG fight in the one Vietcong village, after this player and Swift enter in Vietcong tunnel to seek where Kravtchenko is.
Trivia
* Victor Charlie was the term with which American soldiers referred the Viet Cong. The terms "Victor" and "Charlie" are the NATO phonetic alphabet's codes for "VC".
* It appears that the helicopter that is being shot at by Viet Cong soldiers belongs to the 1st Cavalry Division, shown by the horse head in the yellow background seen on the front of the helicopter.
* Sgt. Reznov, from Call of Duty: World at War, makes an appearance in this level. It is unknown if he is in more missions for the rest of the game.
* In the beginning of the level, you can see most if not all of the character's body.
* In the part of the level before you enter the tunnels, Frank Woods can be heard calling Bowman's name.
* Bowman appears in this level.
* Kravtchenko possibly appears in this level.
* This mission is part stealth, but ends in action.
* Mason nearly shooting Reznov seems to be scripted and cannot be avoided. When the shot is fired, the Python still has six rounds in it's cylinder.
* This is the longest mission so far in Black Ops.

WMD
"WMD" is a planned mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops set in the Ural Mountains.
Overview
The player (as Thomas) is approaching a SR-71 Blackbird which sits on a runway in a California airport. After approaching the vehicle, Thomas is saluted and begin to board the plane. After requesting for takeoff, the player is told "Your aircraft sir". The pilot (the player) is then prompted to press a control to engage the boosters, then must pull back on the thumbstick (or equivalent) to begin the ascent. After a short cinematic of Big Eye 6 in orbit, the screen cuts to a first person view of the cockpit.
The view is that of a thermal screen where the four man team (Kilo 1 - SOG) can be seen prone in the snow. Thomas' job is to assist them passing enemy patrols. After providing them with recon, the screen fades, and the player assumes control of Hudson, one of the members of the SOG squad below
The player lies prone in the snow with his squadmates on his flanks, with his crossbow. Power lines can be seen in the distance. Heavy breathing can be heard. At that moment, a group of Russian soldiers on patrol slowly creep by north. Their cold breath can be seen in the air, their boots crunching the snow beneath them. Luckily, SOG is not detected and the troops continue on their path.
The objective is to make way to a sub station. The point of interest is that of a weapons manufacturing facility. Making their way down the snowy trails, SOG is met with their first enemies. Shouldering the crossbow, the player picks off any targets while remaining completely silent. Continuing further down, the player is then required to hook up and rappel down the steep face of a mountain. After hooking up their ropes and beginning their descent, the player is required to manually rappel down the cliff face. Rappelling a second time and shooting through the facility's windows with silenced AUG prototype rifles, SOG is immediately met by a horde of Russian soldiers. Once the substation is taken, the objective is updated and the player is required to move to the "com-stat".
Going further down the mountain, SOG soon meet a group of enemies that require a bit more firepower. Switching over to explosive tips on the modified crossbow, the enemies are quickly eliminated. After taking out the enemy troops and taking the storage shed, the player moves onto the power room.
Alarms are sounding, enemy chatter can be heard. Switching to an assault rifle, the player heads towards the power room. Moving behind their teammate, he opens a door and is immediately met face to face with an enemy, resulting in the teammate killing the enemy with a throwing knife, in the neck. Making headway through the facility, the opposition is heavy. Chaos ensues, but only shortly as the player and his teammate quickly kill the enemies inside the facility. Moving to the objective, the player finds the relay and yanks the fuses from the box, rendering the station useless.
Once the SOG have cleared the mountain and completed the objective, jumping across opening crevices pursues, and the player follows the team to what is hoped to be safety, before a Russian troop fires an RPG at the face of the cliff, resulting in a large avalanche. As the snow rushes behind, the SOG team have no choice but to jump.
Trivia
* WMD stands for "weapon(s) of mass destruction." This is a term used for very destructive weapons such as Tactical Nukes.
* There is a cinematic cutscene of Big Eye 6 in orbit. Cutscenes are unusual for other games in the Call of Duty series except Call of Duty: Finest Hour.
* This mission seems to bear a similar appearance to the Multiplayer map "Summit."
* Harris dies in this mission.
