I assume it will be what it says:
extended mags: normal 50 bullets with extended 75; same speed to reload
dual mags: normal 50 bullets with dual mags 100; slower to reload

Dual Mags is good for a fast rate of fire weapon.
Extended is for a weapon with less bullets in a clip.

But yeah, you're right.

If there was anything I hated more than the mp40 extended mags tryhards in waw it was the dogs.

They were more annoying than a chopper gunner, you had no perks to stop them, they were at 7 kills, knifing them doesn't do shit, shooting them gives away your position...

Gahh, I hated them so much.
