This has been posted before. It's probably 1st prestige level 14, if you look at the wording it's 'Prestige level 14' as opposed to 'Prestige 14'

Good eye. Well I dunno then, could just be a Beta flaw, could be 14 prestiges on the beta and they could change it, or there could be 14 prestiges. As long as there's enough it doesn't bother me. Or it still could be prestige level 14. He isn't prestiged yet. There could be prestige specific unlocks
