It has moderated Leaderboards and its Treyarch not IW.
Look at the COD4 and MW2 leaderboards.
And look at the W@W leaderboards

Treyarch did also make WaW, but have the WaW leaderboards been fixed and cleaned yet?

They weren't hacked.
Well I'm not sure about now since the PSJailbreak is out.
But MW2 was hacked before that and I'm pretty damn sure W@W wasn't.

Indeed, WaW has been hacked like 6 months ago, Mw2 was already hacked within a month after it came out.

But they did not remove the WaW hackers.

The only 'hacks' I saw on W@W was lag switching, and that isn't even classed as hacking.

I consider it an achievement by Treyarch as there game wasn't hacked during its main lifespan.
