2. Find an employee who looks like they dont know much about games, preferably an old female.
3. Tell them your looking for black ops but you can't find it on the shelves, ask them to check the back.
4. They find it, bring it out, and you buy it.
5. Go home and jizz your pants.

This works because all stores who are going to be selling the game will have the game in stock a week before the release but they just arent 'supposed' to sell it until the release dat. Hence you ask someone who seems clueless or new at the store and they are likely to see it in the stock room and just bring it out for you!

This is probably the easiest way to break release date for a game. It worked for MW2 so dont post saying this is fake. Its been done.

Before anyone asks, this is NOT illegal. Its a little risky lying to the employee, but as long as the store sold you the game and you have the receipt to prove it, its the store's fault, not yours. You are able to play the game online without getting in any kind of trouble.

But when you go to the counter they will say "HAYYYY WHERE U GET THAT LITTL BOI!"

Or else if your from Scotland, Glasgow in particular you can just go to G Force and say 'Black Ops mate' Magically one gets whipped out from under the counter, hand over the cash and there you go, the game a few days early

Or.... you could have a PSJB and it will probably be available for download before the release date. If you're lucky you might get away with this method, the best way to get it before anyone else would to steal it.
