In inglorious basterds their mission to kill hitler is called operation Kino, the theater ends up getting burned down at the end in an attempt to kill Hitler. One of the prerelease photos for BO shows Woods in a burning building with a shadow of what appears to be a zombie

Yea the story of WAW was practically just copying the movie Saving Private Ryan thats what your thinkin of. They even have an Achievement/Trophy called Saved Private Ryan

well it does make sense in the pic there nazi banners and in the gameplay footage there are also banners and kino der toten translated to english means theater of the dead
