Neither is someone throwing a tomahawk at you and killing you in one hit everytime. Theres a reason it's a game. To have fun. Not to stress over whether it's real enough or not.

So from that we can make out..
90% of "quickscopers from MW2 wont be quickscoping. So only those who truly love to snipe and love the challenge of it (unline the pure easy quickscoping like int MW2) will be the proven snipers/
