They said the servers were not up yet though, there is a patch out though already.

I'm getting my copy from a mom & pop shop that releases it early. But i won't play it until the 9th. Too busy. Anyone in NYC, you can go to Chinatown or Astoria to get a early copy. I got MW2 on November 3rd and Gears of War 2 6 days before it came out.

also i spoke a gameshop in miami they said they will have it in stock on monday or tuesdaybut they are charging 10 bucks more for it b4 the release date
