What you need is the LINK of the youtube video that has been removed and go to the link from an iPod or iPhone.
This has worked for me multiple times but i cant 100% guarantee it will work for you.

The iPhone/iPod will only be able to access YouTube videos that are deleted but still in the database, as YT sometimes takes a while to clear them off of their system.
