I'm hesitant to get online because I don't wanna get banned.. Which brings up another question: Has anyone been banned for getting online early?

If you bought the game legit you can not get banned. As of last night they took the multiplayer servers down and i haven't checked with my friend today. I'm going to have my copy later tonight so i can let you know then but you will be fine if you go on yourself

I was told earlier today the PS3 Servers were up and running don't know if they took it down again but they were running around 11am. As he ^^^^ stated if you got the game legit meaning a real copy from a store or w/e they can not ban you "they won't punish you for the store breaking street date". But there has been talk about Resetting leader-boards come Monday which I am all for but again just talk Treyarch has not confirmed this yet.

Are there alot of people online ??? you were able to get into matches ok and stuff ??
