You probably have not seen the one in the chamber game play, The guy shows in theatre mode a collateral and yes you can see the bullet go through both bodies

You would have to because you can see bullets flying in any CoD (idk about old ones lol). So in that case, using logic, you can free spectate in slow mo and see the bullet. I hope I'm right though.
