2 things to remember:
-to get the ''get off the merchandise'' achvmnt, get lucky and get insta kill and kill it
-if you encounter a pap sale[its like the sale bonus EXCEPT that it's only for the Pap,and that it teleport u directly to it,so u dont waste time]be happy,because it will teleport u directly to the pap(have your muney ready,2k recommended,to upgrade both ur weapons)

does the pentagon thief only appear when you link the teleporters or does he appear throughout the game like hellhounds? and do you know if you can get the achievement in a 4 player game? thanks

-yes,you probably can,the person who kill it before getting his stuff stolen will get the achievement.
ALSO: the power needs the be activated for the thief/tech to appear
