Yea I am having the same problems, the servers are very laggy. Also it takes so long for the game to boot up it keeps reading the HDD, much slower menus than MW2.

it maybe a problem with your ps3 and not black ops....

ITS HAPPENING TO ME TO! its because of the server overload in B.O.. B.O had more people than Mw2, just wait a couple weeks, trust me i always have to reboot my ps3 when i try do zombies, or invite a friend online lol
