Go into a private match.

Go to Edit Game options

Scroll down to The Perk Editor option, choose Allow Perks and Press A. (Or X if on PS3)

Go to the second perk modifier, select steady aim and set to 5%

This makes your crosshairs really small, and it is really fun to play with friends.
