Before I buy a new controller or something I just want to know if anyone else has been having this problem?

Controller! mine did this with mw2 horribly.. grenades, kill-streaks, phantom movement of character and camera..I'm screwed once my brother comes back to get his stuff because I have yet to buy a new controller.
