The Prestige

I would like to know what you guys think about this topic. Do you think its worth it to prestige?

My Opinion: I think its a cool perk to call of duty, It lets players play the game longer. But one problem is that you do the same thing over again, and you work so hard to get all those cool items and guns then you prestige. A lot of people like to prestige for vanity, just to get ahead and look good. The only actual bonus of prestigeing is to get extra "Create A Class" slots. But really in a game I don't think you are going to use 5 different classes.

Will I prestige?: Probably Not.

i hv been playin since the min i got cod mod warfare (the original) and since then and i hv had all the cods sence, i hv never prestiged... its a waste to save up for precious guns just to turn your back and do it all over again... its not all about just extra achievements and looks

I prestiged about an hour ago, and I can already tell it's gonna keep me playing. When I was in the last 10 ranks before prestiging I was getting really bored of the same old guns, now I get to work on unlocking the ones I like again

in mw2 there was no reason to get 10th prestige.... but here if u get 14th u get gold camos.. worth it

I'm really proud of myself for not boosting on Black Ops to get to 50 don't plan on boosting either. Going all legit this time around. Can't wait to prestige again, it's so satisfying when you do it legit.

reasons are; i find the game boring so if i prestige i probably wont level up all the way again, and the game seems to be just like world at war where it takes forever to level up, so it would take me forever to get to 15th prestige.

Prestiging isn't just about unlocking more things down the road. It makes you better. I have not met one person, who legitimately prestiged all the way, suck at the game. Prestiging makes you better, that's my main reason for prestiging.
