the second glitch happens usualy when host changes its like invinsible mode so u cant die if sum1 connects faster like in mw2 ur immune to explosives when u spawn

What the guy is saying is that if there was a beta for it then these problems wouldn't be in the game at launch, making it a better launch and less complaining everyone.
