The reason I want to find out is I started a new game on veteran completed from start to finish but never got Cold Warrior or BLACK OPS MASTER but got all other veterans and Stand Down trophies so I am assuming it counted one of the first three mission as lower than hardened (BLACK OPS MASTER is vet and hardened) even though it was veteran.
