Yes your not the only one with this issue....there is all kinds of connecting issues and not just connecting to a party....sometimes I have trouble finding a FFA match or just a simple TDM. My friend that has 5x better internet than me can rarely connect to a game....most of the time he has to connect to me so we can play and sometimes we get split up. This will be fixed when the new patch is released.

Go to the WAW section and look at the DMZ thread, should fix it.

Check your NAT type by going to the main menu for multiplayer, options -> select and see. If its strict change it to open/moderate. Else it might just be the servers cus black ops servers are extremly laggy right now lols
