You dont need to lock lobbies. All you need is 4 people with 2 controllers, so you have 4 people in your party (you and you 2nd controller, your friend with his second controller) then you have the other 2 friends with their controllers turned on waiting to join your session (team tacticle) then you just do headshots......do it in whatever game mode you get, doesnt matter. You also must have tacticle insertion unlocked

Or does someone have to report you then they check into it?

It seems like they would be able to tell whos boosting by checking leaderboards and noticing that someone has like 5000 kills 10 deaths and 4500 headshots....just a thought.

There's a guy Prestige 4 with like 170,000 plants and 160,000 defuses and roughly 30k kills. His last game he went 80-0.

Try not to be that obvious.
