Yes, be patient. I uploaded two when BO first came out, they took 3 days. Now the videos upload almost instantly for me.

Yeah, sometimes it takes a long time, and sometimes it's quick.

Well there's a lot of videos being rendered and theatre mode is in beta stage. My first vid took a day. Try uploading at non peak times (Not a lot of people on-line)
