When your ontop of the window , go into the corner and face the wall
Walk backwards and jump , there`s no need to run .
walk backwards along the wall , and jump on the table

I do it this way and get it in 1-2 tries

yah i like his way its really easy took me a lil to get use to it but after that i got it alot

My tut:

Get on top of the window.
Look twords the ledge that the zombies hit you up on
Walk backwards and jump to your right
