To do the double revive just revive one person and move over to the other person

As for the one in the corner, that's more than likely to stop people stacking to get out of the map.

I've had the teddy laugh death thing when me and my mate were on the table glitch on "five" and jumped over each other and also when me and my friend dived into the same teleporter at the same time. I think it's there too prevent glitches too.
