Zombies are higher rounds take more shots from the freeze ray to freeze them.
There's no sure fire way to make them ALWAYS freeze.

If its instant kill then the zombies will instant freeze and the radius with the freeze ray is really good and in my opinion its good to use for a instant kill situation

They dont always freeze. Kinda like pokemon like how theres only a chance they will frezze.
