Coloured Clan Tag - Confirmed
Having 2 players with 2 controllers in a party and trying to join a Team Tactical - Confirmed
Table Glitch on Zombie map ''Five'' - Confirmed
More than 2 guns in Zombie map ''Five'' - Confirmed

Updates

Hardcore Headquarters and Hardcore Capture the Flag added.

These are the only two I know of at this moment if you have any others just post below even if its unconfirmed. Thanks

Thanks for posting this info, we won't be having some silly threads asking why they can't do the colored clan tag glitch anymore hopefully...
