open that in a hex editor (Hxd)

then search

exec viewsensitivity

Null the excess letters with periods until you reach the next 4 periods
Their hex values should be 2E

then exit the hex editor and click on the encrypt batch file

you will get a modded.xex

copy that to your JTAG xbox 360 Black OPS Folder.

Then launch the xex and enjoy.
