NOTE: You can ONLY do this in single player and split screen.
It is VERY simple to do this.
1. you quit the game.
2. unplug you internet
3. go back into black ops.
4. start your game and play!!!
5. START GLITCHING!!!
its as simple as that. everything is unpatched. have fun and happy glitching!!!!

or turn off your wireless on your ps3 or unplug your Ethernet cord.

although some major glitches still dont work that are patched with firmware updates to unpatch theis go to XMB game data utility find black ops and delete hope that helps you guys!
