In MW2 you could hit the ps button, join a session, but leave right when you're trying to join the session and be back at the main menu in all of two seconds.

In Black ops i keep having to quit the game or wait ten minutes.. any solution?

I found waiting for it to load fixes it
Sometimes it even finds you a new game if you wait.

Takes forever though haha

i usually quit the game and start over LOL much better than w8ing IMO

or log out and in only takes bout 1 min

That's a clever idea tbh.

Well you could go to XMB and sign out it should take you back to MP main menu. Other than that try XMB last invite even if it's not an active lobby it should take to the screen where you get the "lobby no longer available msg"
