Videos like this should be in DISCUSSION not HACKS. I'm tired of seeing this crap their is absolutely no point in posting it in hacking. This is hacks and exploits not "Show what you found on youtube".

This isn't exactly a mod menu. It just uses the PC "say" command to write text on the screen that the PC user would type in. It's not really drawing a menu, but it's better then nothing. You can't get it to draw a menu without having to edit the script files. Correct me if I'm wrong.

This has been posted a lot. Should look around first.
