I have no idea about the challenges... but since it's called "lifetime" I would assume that they keep track forever? As for the experience... if you've been getting 10k for a while, then I guess it doesn't go higher

The "be in the top" 300 maches gives you 20000xp, i've finished already

Thats cool, that means that other challenges will give 20k too. Is there more challenges than that one by the way? I dont want it to end so fast

i have other that is challenge (bla bla bla) VIII too, and just gives you 10000xp
