I appreciate you giving a proper tutorial, but doing this is really old.. most people already know how to transfer Titles and Emblems over from Combat, thats why I didnt show up a tutorial. And you can only get the Prestige Titles and Emblems on the prestige your on. E.g. your on the 5th Prestige in Combat, the 5th Prestige Titles is only unlocked.
