First start off with an all white square, then a blue square halfway across, then cover up most of the blue square with another white square, which will make the line down the middle. The body is just a rotated "rectangle wide" piece, which is layered behind the second white square. The head is self explanantory, and the arms and legs are all lieutenant pieces, with legs also layered behind the second white square. I can try to elaborate a little bit more if you don't understand
