Do a barrel roll!
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So here it is :
1-Make a Class With Semtex
2-In game R3 ( Knife Button ) then Press R2 ( Grenade Button ) then Triangle ( Weapon Switch Button ) Quickly , After each Other.
Have Fun , you can knife and sprint when you change the weapon it says down that it has been changed but you will still have no weapon.

thats odd..... maybe got patched ??

Edit : Still works , give it a few tries and after the knife quickly press R2 thats my tip

R2 while knifing or after? I'm guessing you press it just after knifing?
